Find the entry point first
Every job starts with a diagnosis, outside and in. We do not quote a system for a basement we have not read.
Everything in writing before work
Scope, price, schedule, exclusions, warranty terms. If it is not in the document, it is not part of the job, and that protects both of us.
The cheapest fix that will work
If a downspout extension solves it, that is the quote. We would rather be called back for the next house than sell this one a system it does not need.
Open 24 hours, every day
A flooded basement at midnight gets a person, not a voicemail. We tell you what to do tonight and come out to find the way in.
Test before we leave
Flood test on drains, load test on pumps with the mains off, hose test on exterior work. You watch.
Photos of the buried parts
The tile, the membrane, the pit: photographed before backfill and handed over, so the next owner knows what is there too.
What we will not do
Three things you will not get from us
A diagnosis over the phone. We can tell you what is likely; we will not quote it until we have seen the wall.
A system on a wall that only needs a gutter. The assessment is free precisely so that this never happens.
A sealed crack that is moving. Horizontal cracks, stepped cracks and bowing walls go to an engineer before anyone sells you waterproofing.
