Privacy policy
This site collects only what you type into the contact form, and uses it only to answer you.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address (if given), the option you chose and the message you wrote, together with the page you sent it from. Nothing else on the site records who you are: there are no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no accounts.
What it is used for
To reply to your enquiry, book an assessment and, if you become a customer, to carry out the work. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden field and a timing check to reject automated submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie on the contact page only while it verifies that a person is submitting the form. If a map is shown on the contact page, it loads from Google only after you click it, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that map.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Job records are kept for as long as the warranty in the written scope runs.
Your rights
